By accessing and using spa.com.sg, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

spa.com.sg is a discovery and lead generation platform connecting users with spa and wellness service providers in Singapore. We do not directly provide spa services.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse or abuse our services

4. Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request, we will share your information with up to 3 relevant partner spas. Quote requests are non-binding, and you are under no obligation to accept any offers received.

5. Third-Party Services

spa.com.sg is not responsible for the services provided by partner spas. Any agreements you enter into with spas are directly between you and the spa provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

spa.com.sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our platform.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
